About Sabrina
My story
I am a qualified counsellor offering a supportive space for those navigating grief, loss, illness and life’s more difficult moments.
My decision to become a counsellor came from my own experience of sudden loss – something that changed my life and opened my eyes to the importance of having someone to talk to. Since 2015, I’ve been volunteering with a Bereavement Service, supporting people through the pain of losing a loved one, and helping them feel less alone in their grief.
I’ve also worked closely with individuals and families affected by cancer and, in 2023, I too was diagnosed with breast cancer. That experience gave me a deeper understanding of how overwhelming and isolating illness can feel – not just physically, but also emotionally.
These experiences shaped how I work: with compassion, honesty and deep respect for each person's story. Whether you're facing loss, illness or just feeling stuck or overwhelmed, I offer a calm and confidential space where you can speak openly and begin to make sense of things at your own pace.
